I absolutely despise going to the dentist but found my hygienist Jessica was exceptional she had such a calm and professional manner she made the experience positive one Dr Chow was efficient and knowledgeable thank you gateway dentistry!

After a nightmare experience with a pediatric dentist in Ottawa, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Saran and her wonderful team. I was told by her previous dentist that my 4 year old would need to go to Cheo and be put under to fill her 4 cavities. I’m so glad I sought out Dr. Saran for a second opinion. She filled 2 cavities in her office (without freezing) in under 10 minutes and the other 2 cavities have since hardened up after following Dr. Saran’s recommendations. My second daughter (now 3 years old) was born with missing enamel and has had numerous fillings with Dr. Saran, again without any freezing. My kids love going to the dentist! Dr. Saran is quick, extremely skilled, and trustworthy. I just can’t recommend her enough. The admin team, Rebecca and Kayla, are always so friendly and accommodating. They have squeezed me in a few times with very little notice for dental emergencies. The staff here truly cares! Although we are moving to Nova Scotia, we will continue to bring the kids back to see Dr. Saran. there is no other dentist I would trust more with my kids’ health. Thank you for everything!

Services at Gateway Dentistry are pleasant and professional – from ortho for my kids to general dental hygiene services, to fillings, they have always provided caring and thorough service. Dr. Saran has exceptional knowledge in her field and has a very practical and kind approach when communicating with patients. I am particularly impressed by the protocols implemented during COVID to ensure clean filtered air quality and sanitized equipment.

Great experience at Gateway Dentistry, the staff was very friendly and helpful. No wait time. Dr. Bezreh is a great and extremely professional doctor! Today the receptionist told me they had stopped direct billing to insurance companies for all patients, a little bit disappointed, but this does not change the overall experiences.
